These terms cover the Robomori website, checkout, and license portal. The End User License Agreement covers use of the desktop app.
Purchases
Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. A purchase gives you the license described at checkout and on our license page. We email your key to the checkout address. You are responsible for providing an address you can access. Purchases do not automatically renew.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@avdbuddy.com from your purchase address. A refunded license can no longer be activated. This policy does not reduce any statutory consumer rights you may have.
License portal
Use the portal to recover your key and manage device activations. Keep sign-in links and license keys private. Do not attempt to access another customer’s account or disrupt the site or portal. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.
Changes and availability
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest version. Changes apply going forward and do not remove update access already purchased. We may temporarily interrupt the website or portal for maintenance or technical problems; your right to use a covered app version does not depend on the portal remaining online.
