Robomori license

A license is a one-time purchase for one device. It lets you keep using eligible versions of Robomori indefinitely and includes 12 months of updates. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

What you receive

After payment, we send a license key to the email address used at checkout. Activate it in Robomori under Settings → Your License. One license can be active on one device at a time. You can remove an old device in the license portal and activate another.

Updates and continued use

Your license includes releases made available during the first 12 months after purchase. When that period ends, you can continue using the latest version covered by your license for as long as it works on your device. A later release requires an update renewal. Renewal is optional and never automatic.

Refunds and help

If Robomori is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase at support@robomori.com. Refunding a purchase ends the related license. For the full rules governing use of the app, read the End User License Agreement.
